The car fans who love to have different cars in their collection have a great news here. You have the opportunity to add a Lincoln concept model to your collection. A total of five design studies from the past decade are expected to be offered for sale by Ford Motor Company. The design studies would be available at the RM’s Sports & Classics of Monterey auction on August 12th this year. The proceeds resulting from this auction sale will be employed to the benefit of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The proceeds from auction sale is, also reported, to be donated to the Children’s Center that is an organization based in Michigan, USA.
The auction sale featuring the five Lincoln concept models include the 2001 MK9 coupe, the 2004 Aviator SUV, the 2005 MKS sedan, the 2003 Navicross coupe crossover, and in addition to all the foregoing, the Mark X. The Mark X was a hardtop-convertible proposal for Lincoln’s version of the Ford Thunderbird.
However, before going ahead with the purchase of these cars do take into account that even though all cars with exception of the Navicross are capable of being driven on the road, none would be registered by the authorities for highway use in the United States. A short description from RM and pricing estimates for each concept model would be disclosed soon.
