New 2010 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera

Lamborghini is well known for its exotic car models over the globe. Expected to be in market in 2011, but it was announced in March of 2010, say hello to Lamborghini’s latest model LP 570-4 Superleggera. This car is supposed to be a lighter and powerful version of Gallardo LP 560-4. This car would be light weight due to carbon fiber used inside and the aluminum frame, making the net weight to approximately 2,954 lb. And that is about 154 lb less than the previous model. This car would have a top speed of 325 km/h (202 miles per hour), the highest speed achieved by any Gallardo. And this monster can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, which is the least time by any Lamborghini yet achieved. The engine is 570 horsepower, 5.2 liter V-10.

As you open the door, you are greeted by a two door sporty monster. Well monster doesn’t mean to ignore the elegance of the interior and off course the beauty of exterior. The car has four exhausts that are bulging out from the rear as a tank’s barrel. The car is quite lean and aerodynamic making it among the fastest cars. The car has 6 speed manual transmission as well as automatic transmission. Fuel economy is 12/20 mpg. Lamborghini has introduced one new thing, the ’thrust mode’, dropping  the clutch at about 5000 rpm, giving you the maximum acceleration. The steering is quite sensitive and suspension is quite smooth. Dimensions of the car are Height: 45.9 inches, Length: 172.7 inches and Width: 74.8 inches. Previous Gallardo Superleggera sold out 618 models worldwide, but this time Lamborghini is determined to sell relatively more models. The estimated base price is supposed to be $30,000 more than the previous model or about $235,000.
