After the official release of the Novitec Rosso package at the Geneva Motor Show in March, the German tuner Novitec Rosso has introduced a new exhaust system for the Ferrari 458 Italia. The new system offered by the tuner is available with or without a flap regulation system and not only it sound great, but it also saves weight and adds some horse power to the car.
As a reminder, in standard form Ferrari 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5-liter mid-mounted V8 with a total output of 563 horsepower. This car rips off the sprint to sixty in 3.3 seconds using its advanced launch control, on its way to a 202 mph top speed. It weighs 200 pounds lighter than the Scuderia and it laps Ferrari’s test track at Fiorano only 0.1 seconds slower than the Enzo. It’s even more fuel efficient, with a 12/18-mpg (city/highway) EPA rating.
