Porsche is planning to reveal their new Panamera at the Qatar Motor Show this January. According to George Wills, Managing Director of Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE, this model will have the best performance of all the Panameras so far. The cost price of this vehicle will start at $80,000.

Powered by a 4.8-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine that delivers 430 horsepower and 520Nm, the 2013 Panamera GTS goes from 0 to 60 in 4.4 seconds and hits a top speed of 288 km/h. This model will also be fuel efficient, as it only uses 10.7 l/100km. The car will use a dual clutch six speed transmission that sends engine output to the four wheel drive system.

The interior is spacious enough to carry 5 adults, and comfortable enough so that none of them should feel cranked. More details about the interior have not yet been released.

What is known for sure, though, is the fact that the new Porsche will have Adaptive air suspension as PASM (in the standard version), that connects the chassis and body while dynamically adapting to the driving chalanges as well as regulating the damping system. The damping system on the new model is designed to be tauter, which allows for a better agility and sport character of the new Panamera.

George Willis also states that this Panamera will have everything Porsche customers expect to get when they buy their car: beauty, power and comfort.
