With a decent second place finish at the Monaco Grand Prix, Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel recently headed to the Paul Ricard Circuit to test several Infinitis and their competitors.
Sebastian Vettel is Director of Performance at Infiniti and he has worked with the company’s European Dynamic Performance Team to explore the handling, response and steering feel of the various models. The team was also keen in finding out how Vettel liked each of the car’s agility and ride comfort.
Vettel stated that with the increase in number of models offered by Infiniti, it is really important for the company to develop these models with their own consistent driving style and so it was really useful for him to be able to drive so many cars hard and back-to-back on the same track.
The company said that the feedback received from Vettel is very important and it will even directly influence the upcoming models including their entry-level compact which is slated to go into production in 2015.
