Now when the new seventh generation Porsche 911 Turbo has been unveiled it is a good time, to go back in time to see how it all started.

First 911 Turbo was unveiled in 1974 and marked the beginning of an opportunity to make a lot out of very little.

1974 911 Turbo (Porsche 930) started out with a 3.0-liter engine that produced 256 horsepower. Today new seventh generation 911(997) has a 3.8-liter engine that produces 500 horsepower!
