2013 Ford Focus ST brief review

by SpeedLux

The SVT Focus has got a new sibling, the 2013 Focus ST. The car starts at $24,495, which carries 252 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque.

2013 Ford Focus ST is equipped with upgraded exterior such as rear spoiler, fog lights, twin center-mounted exhaust tips, 18-inch alloy wheels and also the front and rear body treatments.

Interior too has got some makeover apart from the Recaro seats that seems rather ugly.

Front brakes have become larger and changes have been also made in a sport-tuned suspension. The EcoBoost engine delivers low-end torque with linear power. The car takes 5.9 seconds to reach 60 mph speed from zero. According to close observers there are plenty other cars in this speed segment.

For everyday traffic the six-speed shifter action of it is light enough. The car also exerts good grip on the road.

As a whole the 2013 Ford Focus ST is a good small, fast car with lots of fun within.
