2014 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 sedan teased ahead of Montreal Auto Show reveal

by SpeedLux

Mitsubishi has recently released a couple of teaser images of the Mirage G4 sedan which will be showcased at 2014 Montreal Auto Show this month in Canada.

The Mirage G4 will basically be a sedan version of the Mirage hatchback that was previewed back in April last year by the G4 Compact Sedan concept shown at Auto Shanghai Motor Show. The concept already has a production sibling in Thailand and some other select markets where Mitsubishi is selling the model with the Attrage moniker.

Details about the small sedan that has been shown in these photos are not available as yet but it probably won’t stray away too far compared to the aforementioned Attrage. There are chances that the car will also be exhibited at the 2014 New York Auto Show that will be held in April before going on sale this fall in the United States.

The 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 sedan will be officially unveiled by the company on January 17 when the 2014 Montreal Auto Show will kick off in Canada. So we can expect exact details at the time of reveal itself.

I can hardly wait for the US introduction, whatever they call it. It’s a lot like the old K car dimensionally with better mileage. I like a large trunk, four doors, small for the city, excellent gas mpg, excellent safety ratings and the G4 is all that plus a great warranty and low price. It’s loaded with goodies too. I like the two color interior and large screen navigation option as well. Others make crude remarks about it because it doesn’t go from 0-60 in 6 seconds or take corners at 100. So what. It gets better than the stated mpg! Who else can say that?
