1 dead, 3 injured after car crash at Kingsthorpe

A man has died and three males were seriously injured following a car crash at Kingsthorpe near Toowoomba in Queensland.

The crash took place when the victims were moving along East Street in a sedan at around 12:30 am when it left the roadway near the intersection with North Street, striking a tree.

All four occupants were trapped in the car.

The 21-year-old driver from Wyreema was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other three passengers from the Oakey area aged 26, 17 and 17 were admitted to the hospital.
