Two people were killed and four others were injured after a three-car crash near Brisbane.
The crash took place at Springfield, in the Ipswich region of southeast Queensland.
Queensland Police were called to the crash site at 6.20 am.
Along with two people who died, four more were injured, and two of them are in critical condition.
One person is in a serious condition and another is in a stable condition.
Queensland Police is investigating the crash.
The highway was closed in both directions.
