Chrysler Group is working hard to spread the word about their newest car that it’s supposed to hit showrooms next month, the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, as well as the change of philosophy in the company.
The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee will go on sale next month and will have 3 models available: Laredo, Limited and Overland. The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4×2 model has a start-price of $30,995, while the 4×4 Grand Cherokee Laredo model starts at $32,995. Prices for the 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited 4×4 start at $39,995, while the Overland 4×4 model start at $42,995.
All models will be powered by a 3.6L Pentastar V6 unit making 290-hp delivering up to 23 mpg and over 500 miles on one tank of gas. Optional features include a 360-hp 5.7L V8 and a Trailer Tow Group.
The first ad spot for the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee has the tagline “The things we make, make us” and according to the Detroit firm, it represents the return of American craftsmanship and quality that goes into each new vehicle under their brand.
“With this new campaign, the Jeep brand celebrates the best of American manufacturing and engineering. The new Grand Cherokee marketing and advertising campaign has been carefully designed to communicate the Jeep brand’s commitment to American craftsmanship, the return of personal pride and dedication to producing a vehicle that is truly well-made and beautifully designed.” said Mike Manley, President and CEO of Jeep Brand, Chrysler Group LLC.
