2011 Porsche 911 Limited Edition Gelderland, just 5 units to be made

by Alex

Located in Netherlands, Porsche Centrum Gelderland has come up with a special edition 911 to commemorate its five years of existence and the automotive history that it has been associated with. The car has been appropriately named the Gelderland. However, there would be just 5 units of the car that will come to be making it that much more exclusive and the variants would be targa, coupe and convertible.

To add flavor to the exclusivity of the cars each would have a distinct number that would be etched at the dashboard and sill of the car. There would also be a special edition IWC Big Pilot watch in each of the car with a color that would be the same as that of the paint and leather that would be applied to the interior of the car. A special red color dial in each car would bear the number 5 to mark the 5th anniversary of the maker of the car. The watch also would have the Porsche Centrum Gelderland logo engraved on the back as well as another unique number.

Price of the car has not yet been declared, but the price of the watch alone is 40,000 euro or $56,000 at current exchange rates. Dealer at Hesteren would have this car up on display soon.
