Toyota has released the first official video and image of its new 2013 Toyota RAV4 with an announcement that it will make global appearance globally at the Los Angeles Auto Show on 28th November.
The video of new 2013 Toyota RAV4 has released as teasers to the SUV. Its video reads:
“The 2013 RAV4 is a new generation rewriting the rules of style, embodying sophistication and strength – a dynamism that adapts to the changing pace of life.”
The fourth generation 2013 Toyota RAV4 will be unveiled at the press conference that will be held on 28th November at 9 am (PST) at the Toyota exhibit space in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Exterior:
This will be the fourth generation model that started off with the original RAV4 in 1994. The current model has been redesigned with the new better Toyota styling that has borrowings from Toyota’s recent Camry and Avalon sedans, and the Auris hatchback Mk2. The exterior will be featured with a hooked headlight design, deep-V grille and hard-edged bumpers. The taillight set-up will be similar to the Camry model. Its front-wheel drive will be standard while the all-wheel drive will be optional.
Engine:
The new 2013 Toyota RAV4 will be equipped with a pair of four-cylinder engines, a turbo diesel engine and a 2.5-litre petrol engine. The 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel will be an end to V6 model while the 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol will produce a 178 bhp (133 kW) and a 3.5-liter V6 with 268 bhp (200 kW).
The interiors of the new 2013 Toyota RAV4 has not been unveiled so far. The price has also not been disclosed by Toyota.
