Alfa Romeo debuted the new Giulia at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany on Tuesday. Giulia is equipped with a 510 hp twin turbo 6 valve engine that can generate a maximum torque of 442 lb. ft. It can accelerate from 0 – 62 miles within 3.9 seconds. The top speed it can travel is 191 mph. The Active Aero Splitter can generate up to 100 kg of downforce when it is traveling at the top speed. This speed is faster compared to the BMW M3 and C63 S.
Alfa Romeo Giulia offers a lot of optional features such as ceramic brakes and Sparco seats. It has the best CO 2 emissions. The CO2 emissions is 198 g/km. The dry weight of the car is about 1524 kg. It has one of the most direct steerings. The chassis features a torque vectoring system. The cabin is equipped with many luxury features such as 8.8 inch TFT display, voice recognition system, and Connect 3D Nav. The GPS system offers detailed 3D maps that are displayed in high resolution. The pricing of the Giulia will start from $81,000. It is expected that Alfa Romeo Giulia will enter into the US market by next year.
