Bentley Mulsanne goes Geneva bound

Bentley has decided to introduce an updated Mulsanne at the Geneva Motor Show.

Moderately changed, the model gets three new exterior colors including Dark Cashmere, Portofino and Damson.

Moving on to the cabin section, there are three new hides – Damson, Saffron and Brunel – as well as a new storage divisions which can hold smartphones or other personal electric devices. One can also order a new Comfort Specification which gives rear passengers comfort headrests, foot rests and “duck down filled loose cushions.”

In the The Entertainment front there is a 8-inch LCD displays, a DVD player, a 20 GB hard drive and a Naim audio system. The package also includes rear picnic tables that have been specially designed to hold an iPad and a wireless keyboard.

If one doesn’t want to look outside then there is the power-operated privacy curtains that can block off the rear windows at the push of a button.

Other options include a WiFi router (with a dedicated antenna for an improved signal) and a bespoke luggage set which includes two large cases, two small cases and two foldable garment bags.

There is no talk about engine specifications, and performance related matters which is an essential part and parcel of a vehicle.
