Price of the 2011 MY200 Sedan from Chrysler has been announced by the company. They are however yet to give full details of the replacement to the Sebring. At launch time, which has been planned to be end of the year the car would be available in three models namely the LX, Touring and Limited, and all with a facelift. There is the “S” factor which is expected to join the fleet later on. Price of the models starts from $19,995 with a $750 additional cost as destination fee.
For people in North America there is the option of the 2.4 liter four-cylinder petrol hooked up to either a four-speed or six-speed automatic transmission system. The other option is to go for the new 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, which produces 283 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, and is mated to the 62TE six-speed transmission.
The maker Chrysler claims that it is either a new or upgraded component that has been used on this mid-size sedan. The design though has been taken to quite an extent from the 2009 200C Concept model. There has been sheet metal upgrades on the outside as also the front fascia with Chrysler’s corporate grille, LED lights all around and a reworked rear deck lid.
Photo of the interior makeup has not been released as yet though the maker has indicated that the instrument panel would be an all new one along with steering wheel design and the leather cloth used as seating material.
