The fine tuning of the 458 Challenge which is Ferrari’s latest offering is currently on in full swing with Ferrari announcing professional drivers have been roped for the process. Ferrari has revealed Maurizio Mediani from Italy and Jaime Melo from Argentina are the drivers who took the car for a test drive recently at the Vallelunga circuit. These drivers race a F430 GT2 in the American Le Mans Series for Team Risi Competizione.
There have been pictures of the track-only version of the mid-engine 458 Italia that have been released by the Italian supercar maker. This one is the competitor for the Ferrari’s one make series which starts from 2011.
