The Hankook brand has been very well known for its highly reliable tires. Based in South Korea, the company has produced literally thousands of tires used all around the globe. Yet, it seems that there are more things that the company is aiming for. One good example here is the transforming tires, which may well prove to be the tires of the future. The company has also released an animated video to promote its ideas of such tires which, it claims, are capable of adjusting to seemingly whatever terrains they may have to deal with.
Well, although it may still take quite some time for the South Korean tire manufacturer in question to actually roll out these tires to the masses, they are actually quite a brilliant idea. Only, unfortunately enough, the promotional video can be better than the one Hankook has come up with. To be honest, when compared with today’s CGI standards, this promotional video is one bad artwork, although the video can actually deliver the company’s idea just fine. Paying attention to the video, it seems that the South Korean company will be producing at least three kinds of these future transforming tires. One that is worth considering here is the one which has the ability to help a car traverse water.
Unfortunately, it is still a mystery as to when customers can start using these tires for their vehicles. However, here is hoping that these transforming tires of future cars will actually do the vehicles a big favor. For instance, these tires will most likely suit an off-roading car which often has to go on the normal roads as well. If the tires can transform on their own, there will be no more worries about using the wrong tires. Or, when the winter finally comes and snow starts falling, drivers will no longer have to worry about their vehicle getting stuck in the snow, thanks to the new automatically adjusting tires.
