French automaker PSA Group stated worldwide automobile deliveries increased by 5.8 percent in 2016, moved by strong sales of its Peugeot brand in Iran and the extension of the European car market’s recovery.
PSA’s international sales volume rose to 3.146 million automobiles in last year from 2.972 million the previous year, the Paris-based business stated on Wednesday.
The 2016 sales rise represents PSA’s finest yearly performance since 2010, making it cross the 3 million-vehicle limit for the very first time since 2011.
