While keeping its lips tightly sealed in respect to the next generation Cayman, it turns out that the luxury German automaker, Porsche, has actually collaborated with Electronic Arts in order to tease the vehicle model in question. Together, the companies have decided to tease the upcoming German sports car, the Porsche Cayman GT4, in the Real Racing 3, a game title developed by the Electronic Arts. Unfortunately, so far, none of these companies is willing enough to spill the beans on what to potentially expect from the German vehicle.
So far, the only hint that people are getting is that players of the aforementioned game title from EA will have the opportunity to take part in the revealing of the stunningly attractive and high performance (luxury) sports car – likely the one from Germany. In addition to that, though, there is also a change log that mentions how a prestigious automaker is planning to take the veil off its new vehicle model. The log mentions that players of the game will be among the first to have the chance of virtually being behind the wheel of that very sports car.
Well, Porsche may prefer not to spill the beans on anything related to its upcoming Cayman variant. Nevertheless, some spy photos out there have depicted that the car is likely to sport an aggressively designed front bumper, for a start. The front fascia will also have a front lip spoiler and at the rear fascia, the car will feature a prominent spoiler wing. A set of high performance brakes as well as lightweight wheels are also to be expected.
As for the engine, current speculations indicate that the upcoming Porsche Cayman GT4 will run on an upgraded version of the 3.4L engine from Porsche. Either that or the car will feature a detuned 3.8L engine previously used on the Porsche 911 S.
