Suzuki has revealed two special edition Swifts, one based on the Sport, called the SZ-R, while the other is based on the regular Swift called the SZ-L.
The Japanese manufacturer has not disclosed any specific details, so chances are these are merely sale gimmick, which will not benefit the car’s overall brand value.
The Sport SZ-R, will get 1.6-liter naturally-aspirated petrol engine, with 136 hp, while the SZ-L, being based on the regular model, will get its 1.2-liter motor, with 90 hp. The SZ-R edition gets a distinct roof finish, which also extends to the mirrors, to create a more grand appearance for Suzuki’s little master.
More details will be revealed at the 2013 Autosport international venue in Birmingham where Suzuki has plans to showcase several special edition cars including the above ones.
So stay.
