The Indian Tata Indica Vista 2011 is powered by a four cylinder, 1.2-liter that produces 75 horsepower at 4000 rpm. TDI version features a 1.4-liter 4 cylinder, inter-cooled engine that produces 71 horsepower at 4500 rpm. There are also two Safari Series Engines, one being 1.1-liter, and the other one 1.3-liter (both with 4 cylinders).

The Indica Vista features Hydraulic Power steering, Frond Disc brakes, Engine Immobilizer, Keyless Entry, Bluetooth connectivity, flip and fold rear seat, airbag and tubeless tires, USB ports, etc.

The transmission is 6 – speed manual, and the steering is power assisted and pinion – hydraulic. The seating is 2+3.

This vehicle has rather low fuel consumption, at approximately 53 mpg. It goes from 0-60 in 18 seconds, and hits a top speed of 146 km/h.

The exterior and interior design look descent, although the wheels could have been a little bigger in order to give the car a more balanced look. Of course there are 4 doors, which are nicely blended with the rest of the deisgn. The headlights and rear remind a little of Ford’s Focus and Fiesta.

The Tata Indica Vista Sedan Class has been available since 2011, at a cost price of 5,800,000 rupees.
