Terrifyingly cool Chevy’s self-driving future car

by SpeedLux

Chevrolet has revealed another idea car at the current year’s Shanghai Motor Show called the ‘FNR’. Grown in Shanghai by GM’s Asia tech center point, there is talk of laser headlights and car networking and tomorrow’s reality innovation. It’s basically a self-driving electric portability ‘container’. The wheels have attractive hub less electric engines installed inside, it includes a remote charging system, crystal laser head- and tail- lights, upward-opening doors and a sharp, superb body shape squeezed straight out of a comic book.

When stepping inside and everything suddenly turns all Skynet. There is an ‘iris recognition start system. There is rooftop mounted radar that – for the present at any rate – maps out nature to empower it to self-pilot. Certainly, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class does that today, yet then the Mercedes-Benz S-Class doesn’t resemble the T-1000’s close to home ride.

“The Chevrolet FNR is stacked with a scope of smart innovations generally seen just in fiction films,” says Chevy.
