Volvo XC90 With Three More Amazing Technologies

Volvo, a Swedish automaker is continuously achieving success by releasing its SUVs. Currently, Volvo is developing Volvo XC90, a luxury SUV, which is also assured for safety and can be put on road with complex technology that examine road for presence of danger.

Its weight is reduced to about 150 kg, and seems to be a lighter vehicle compared to previous release of SUVs. They have low emission rate which present it as eco-friendly car. There are three notable technologies included in Volvo XC90:

• Pedestrians Detection, which is very useful during night driving, that helps discovering other vehicles, walkers, and cyclists and activate auto brake to minimize accidents.

• Barrier and Road edge detection that activate by applying steering torque and bring back the car onto the track if it is running out of road.

• Adaptive Cruise Control helps the driver to follow the traffic and stay in lane and this is done with help of steer assist.
