Development work continues on the 2015 Renault Twingo as the model has been caught under the camera undergoing testing in Europe.

Set to be offered exclusively as a five-door hatchback, the redesigned Twingo comes with a stylish exterior which seems to be heavily influenced by the Twin-Z and Twin’Run concepts. As a result, the car has been equipped with features such as a prominent grille, a rounded roofline and distinctive headlights.

Well the car was covered with lot of camo and so much detail could not be seen about the model and also the pictures of the interiors could not be taken. But former Renault Chief Operating Officer Carlos Tavares said that the model will be geared towards male drivers and offer a variety of personalization options.

The Twingo will ride on a new rear-wheel drive platform that will be shared with the Smart ForFour. About the power, the engine options will also be shared among the models so expect an assortment of three-cylinder units and possibly an electric powertrain.

Well more details are expected to be out soon and also the pricing details would be revealed soon.
