Teaser: Spyker B6 to Launch at Geneva Motor Show 2013

by SpeedLux

Spyker is about to launch a new car, Spyker B6, in upcoming Geneva Motor show in March 2013. Spyker B6 would be the first launch of the company since 2010 and it may be a high volume sports car that would be under its one of the most successful C8 model.

The launch is big news considering the recent unsuccessful attempt to bring a new life in Swedish automaker Saab. It is not very clear though as to whether the production ready car would be presented in the show. Spyker has history of launching concept versions such as Spyker D12 or D8 and Spyker E 12 or E8.

Recently, Youngman Limited who is an investor from China invested Euro 10 million in Spyker N.V. by acquiring 29.9% stake in it. The upcoming B6 may have a V6 engine because of the past preference of the company towards Audi powerplants.

The launch would be eagerly awaited and they would be hoping that it gets the same success as the existing Spyker C8.
