Two people were killed and seven others were injured after a speeding vehicle rolled and hit a concrete pillar on an Interstate 40 underpass in Albuquerque on Sunday.
Officials deem alcohol, speed, and the number of people inside the vehicle to have contributed to the crash.
City fire and rescue crews were dispatched around 3 a.m.
A male and a female were pronounced dead at the scene.
Seven were injured of which five were in critical condition and two others had minor injuries.
The identities of the victims were not released at the moment.
