A disabled vehicle triggered a four-car pile-up on the North Highway, Houston, Texas early Saturday that shut down outgoing traffic for an hour.
Around 2:45 a.m., a vehicle traveling north began losing power and started decreasing.
A 2nd automobile did not discover the first car’s reduced speed and side-swiped the disabled automobile.
The second automobile’s swerve triggered a third vehicle’s vehicle driver to lose control and strike the 2nd automobile, authorities said.
The 3rd vehicle was rear-ended by an SUV.
In all, two individuals were transported for health center care and remained in stable condition.
