At least 37 killed after bus crash in Maiduguri, Nigeria

Thirty-seven people were killed after the crash took place near the city of Maiduguri in Nigeria. after two commercial buses crashed head-on and engulfed.

A third bus then struck them. About thirty-seven people have been confirmed dead.

Most of them couldn’t be identified due to burns.

A burst tire on the first bus, coupled with “excessive speed,” is said to be the cause of the crash.

The crash is currently under investigation.
