A car negotiating a curve plunged off a mountain road into a 100-meter ravine Saturday morning in the northern Philippines, resulting in the death of four people.

The police said the victims were all family members, including a couple and their children aged 27 and 12.

The family was reportedly going back to their home from another town at the time when their car fell off the road into a river in Tabuk city in Kalinga province.
