At least three people were killed and one more person was injured after a car crash near a busy intersection in Palm Desert, California.
Riverside County Fire Department and other officials responded to the intersection of Fred Waring Dr. and Adonis Dr. at 7:13 p.m. and discovered three people trapped inside one car, who had to be taken out.
A stretch of Fred Waring Drive was shut in the area.
The three occupants of one car were pronounced dead at the scene, while one driver of another vehicle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
