Honda has recently unveiled the first details about the JDM-spec Odyssey.
Set to go on sale this fall, the redesigned model features an evolutionary design with a prominent grille, sweptback headlights and a shorter hood. We can also see gently flowing surfaces, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and distinctive taillights as a part of redesigning given to the model.
Talking about the interiors, the upscale styling carries over to the cabin as the model comes with features such as wood trim, metallic accents and an infotainment system. Higher end variants can further be equipped with reclining second row seats that have an integrated footrest.
Not much detail is available as of now about the model but the company says that it would ride on a revised platform and that it has ultra low floor which would help to get more spacious and comfortable cabin. This means we can expect more space inside the cabin with nothing much changed in the exteriors. Again the company did not reveal about the specifications of the model but did state that we can expect a high level of driving performance which would be due to powerful and fuel efficient engines.
Yet to be confirmed, the model could debut at the Tokyo Motor Show.
