Audi R8 V10 packs an amazing 525 hp. That’s 105 horsepower more than in the 4.2-liter V8 version. For tuners like ABT Sportsline 525 horsepower is just not enough.
How about 600 horsepower! 0-100 km/h comes now in 3.8 seconds and the top speed is 322 km/h.
ABT R8 5.2 FSI has been designed by the DTM crew of ABT Sportsline according to the latest motorsport knowledge, including the use of high-end carbon materials.
“The 600 HP is not just intended to exist on paper, but also be available on the road”, says Christian Abt. At the same time the ABT R8 thereby looks extremely dynamic. The front spoiler, side sills and rear apron outline the bodywork and give it a more powerful presence even when at a standstill. They form one unit with the distinctive rear wing and the typical ABT 4-pipe exhaust system.
ABT R8 FSI rides on BR-type 20-inch wheels and surely looks different than the stock R8. If it was up to us we would just go with the engine upgrades as the R8 exterior already looks perfect in stock.
