Audi’s Hungarian unit will spend 120 billion forints ($320.2 million) to increase electric engine production at its factory located in western Hungary, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on Tuesday.

Szijjarto said the automaker, which earlier said it could substantially increase output at the plant, would start manufacturing the new engines from 2025, adding 500 jobs at the plant, which the automaker says is the world’s biggest engine factory.

Audi Hungaria established the company in Győr on February 18, 1993.
