Four teenagers killed after car crash in Prowers County

Four teenagers aged between 14-16 were killed in a car crash on Wednesday evening near Wiley in Prowers County in Colorado.

The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) showed that 4 teenagers were killed in the crash and 3 others were injured.

The crash took place around 9:30 p.m. on Prowers County Highway 196 and Freeway 287 when a semi-truck crashed into a Ford Explorer with five teenagers crashed.

A fifteen-year-old male was admitted to the hospital.

The semi-truck’s driver and passenger were also admitted to the hospital. The driver was later released from the hospital.

Wiley School District, where these teenagers studied, lamented the crash.
