GM issues recall for Hummer H3 due to faulty hood parts that may detach while driving

General Motors is shutting down Hummer after not finding a buyer for the brand of SUV. Worst, GM needs to make a recall of about 126,130 Hummer H3s due to some parts of the hood which may just fly off while you are cruising on the road.

GM informed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or the NHTSA about the possible problem involving the clips that holds the hood louver of the H3. These clips can break off, fly off, and hit other vehicles while on the road. It will be a chain reaction that may lead to damages, injuries, or even worse traffic mishaps.

The recall will involve Hummer H3 model years 2006 to 2010.
