2010 Lotus EvoraLotus Evora is already on sale in Europe and will reach U.S. showrooms during the first quarter of 2010.

Pricing for the Evora will start at $73,500 and from last Friday Lotus has two Evoras on Open House Tour visiting 44 dealers around the country.

This 2+2 sports car features a 3.5-liter V6 producing 276 hp at 6,400 rpm and 258 lb./ft. of torque at 4,700 rpm.

0 – 60 mph comes in 4.9 seconds and the top speed is 162 mph. unlike minimalist Elise and Exige, the Evora is more luxurious with hand-stitched leather from Muirhead and aluminum trim that hints at the structure under the plastic skin.

An Alpine audio system with available touch-screen navigation, iPod™ (and other MP3 player) connectivity, Bluetooth and other amenities make the journey all the more pleasant. The Evora is a pure sports car that you can happily, comfortably enjoy every day.

If the regular Evora is not enough you should wait for a while as there is also a supercharged and convertible version planned.
