MTM tunes the Audi S8 to 650 HP

by SpeedLux

MTM has recently introduced their new tuning program based on the Audi S8 with the increased output.

The tuned model has been equipped with a stainless steel exhaust system for € 4,500, a high-performance braking system for € 6,700, large 21-inch MTM bimoto alloy wheels €5,800 and an F-Cantronic air suspension for € 1,750 which reduces the ride height by 25mm front / 20mm rear.

The tuner has provided a new powerkit that will increase the output of the S8. Under the hood, the €4,925 Powerkit now enables the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine to generate 650 HP (478 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque which is an increase of 130 HP (110 kW) and 150 Nm (110 lb-ft) of torque. With the new output, the sedan would be able to accelerate from 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in just 4 seconds and would be able to hit an electronically-limited top speed of 293 kmph (182 mph).

The completed car is currently on sale for a price of less than €155,000 ($207,050). Surely the tuner has done a fine job and we have to say that it is certainly value for money.
