The car has a front engine, rear wheel drive layout and has an engine that has not been specified but with a rating of 600 HP and 590 ft-lbs torque.

The body is fabricated from a composite material that is supposed to be dent-resistant, shatter proof and recyclable. It is supposed to be stronger and lighter than carbon fiber bodies. Looks wise it is not something that can be termed as beautiful.

Panoz, the founder of Panoz Motor Sports Group said that the company had always prided itself in delivering hand built automobiles of exotic looks and design. This new car from them was the end result of a lot of efforts and dreams which he was sure would take customer joy to different levels.

A limited number of units, just 81 would be coming up for sale as per the Gergoi based company. The number has been arrived at by the number of Le Mans 24 Hour contests held and to be held up to 2013.

The vehicle however would not have legal rights to ply on roads in North America. It would be able to ply in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America. Prices and more detailed specifications are yet awaited of the vehicle.
