The Peugeot 208 GTi will be available this March at a starting price of 18,895 GBP.
The mini has a 4-cylinder, 1.6-liter turbocharged engine producing 200 HP (147 kW) and 275 Nm (203 lb-ft) of torque. Connected to a six-speed manual gearbox, the 208 GTi sprints to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 6.8 seconds.
Compared to the regular 208, the GTi version has 10mm front and 20mm wider rear tracks, sports springs, recalibrate dampers, revised steering and anti-roll bars. It has a MacPherson strut front suspension and a reworked torsion beam rear setup.
Normally, the car comes with 17-inch alloy wheels with 205/45 tires, as well as twin chrome exhaust tailpipes, GTi front grille and LED daytime running lights. On the inside it gets leather & cloth upholstery, aluminum pedals and gear knob, sport seats, rear parking sensors and DAB radio.
The Peugeot 208 GTi is the people’s car in that it has everything what it takes to make it a complete car.
