Qoros 3 Sedan is the safest car of 2013, by Euro NCAP

One of the less known Chinese automaker Qoros has recently announced that the 3 Sedan is the safest car tested this year by Euro NCAP.

This is the first car that has been produced by the automaker which has managed to get all five stars and has also got one of the highest scores for testing for the cars ever tested by Euro NCAP. Further, the vehicle has obtained an impressive 95 percent in adult occupation protection and 87 percent in child occupation. Its safety assistance system (a novelty for 2013) has achieved an 81 percent level while pedestrian production has got 77 percent.

From the above it can be seen overall the Qoros 3 Sedan has obtained an impressive 88 percent overall result which is certainly not less than the five-star rating. The news comes as a surprise as the car as been made by a virtually new and unknown Chinese car maker and from a country where the automotive industry doesn’t pay much attention to safety.

Well it surely inspire other car makers and not only in China but other car makers across the world as well as safety is as important as any other feature that a car should posses and there can be no substitute for safety!
