Thirteen people died in the Philippines province of Kalinga after a passenger minivan fell into a local water canal on 18 April.
A black Ford Everest driving on the road with 15 occupants onboard when around 1015 HRS (GMT) it turned over and collapsed into the irrigation canal of the Tabuk City, according to officials.
Out of the 15 passengers, 13 died due to drowning despite the efforts of rescuers to revive them, according to officials.
There were at least three children aged from 3-5 among the casualties, according to the list of names provided by the officials.
