Tata Vista D90 Xtreme Concept revealed

by SpeedLux

Tata has made public the Vista D90 Xtreme Concept earlier this week at the Buddh International Circuit.

By introducing this concept, the Tatas are making their intention clear that they are out with a rival for cars such as the Volkswagen Cross Polo, Skoda Fabia Scout and the Honda Fit Twist. The vehicle’s suspension is 25mm higher and at the back it comes with re-tuned dampers.

It has also received black side skirts, 16-inch alloys, flared wheel arches, chin spoiler and side air vents. On the interior it has black leather seats with yellow stitching, navigation system, while the pedals and gear knob are aluminum.

Tata opines that the concept has a Fiat-derived 1.3-liter 105 HP (77 kW) diesel engine equipped with a “Power Boost Module”, but none other details are out about this technology. It is expected that a production version could be out this year as well.

Tatas are confident that the concept would give a good fight to its contemporaries and would give them a run for their money.

Detailed specifications and performance issues are yet a mystery, but sooner or later it will be spilled out onto the streets.

Stay tuned till then and browse the lovely pictures.
