Three children under the age of 10 were killed after a car crash in Le Flore County on Wednesday morning.
The crash took place on Highway 259 at about 9:30 a.m.
The children were aged 6, 8, and 9, and were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 37-year-old identified as Christopher Britford, from Tuscaloosa, was the driver of a 2017 Volvo truck with a 31-year-old identified as Arrie Matthews and the three children as passengers.
Britford and Matthews were admitted to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
