Toyota NS4 2013

Toyota can be proud for what they have accomplished so far by producing hybrid vehicles, and they intend to keep it up by uncovering the NS4 concept. The new vehicle will have a bigger all electric mode, and even lower fuel consumption in hybrid mode, and better performance. Also, the technology for the passenger’s security and comfort will be a lot more advanced. Toyota estimate that such technology will be available around 2015, but the sleek, futuristic design of the NS4 might be released a lot sooner.

Some of the cool features the NS4 will have are the Pre-Collision System (which automatically breaks the car when an obstacle is found on the road) , internet connectivity, cameras instead of side mirrors, hydrophobic coating for rain drop elimination, anti-fog film, ultraviolent absorbing inner layer (which removes 99 percent of the UV light), anti-solar film, Adaptive Driving Beam headlights, blind spot monitoring systems and others.

The NS4 concept’s Human – Machine Interface is built round a multi-touch touch-screen that feels like a smartphone.

The NS4 is said to be the future of the Prius, although right now they seem to be very different from each other. Toyota hasn’t released any information about how much such a car would cost.
