Called the i-TRIL, it offers a look of what Toyota envisions is the future of specific urban movement. It is able to carry 3– a motorist up front with 2 passengers behind on either flank similar to a McLaren F1– the concept behind the car is to maximise cabin space while reducing external footprint so that it can manoeuvre more quickly along busy roads.
When it comes to range, Toyota is yet to verify how huge the battery pack will be, however, it has verified that the i-TRIL will have a trick suspension setup that will allow it to lean into corners and around bends much like a motorcycle.
However, the concept is to make driving enjoyable, even at lower speeds and let the driver bring more speed into a corner without needing to brake, therefore extending the automobile’s range.
Car will be unveiled in 2017 Geneva Motor Show, which officially opens to the public on March 9.
