Two people died following a car crash in Danville, California on Saturday.
The crash took place at around 8 a.m. at the intersection of Piney Forest Road and Seminole Trail.
After attending the crash site, Danville police saw a four-door Nissan Sedan engulfed.
The two occupants of the car were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police the car was traveling northbound on Piney Forest Road at a high rate of speed, left the roadway and hit two telephone poles before it was engulfed.
No other information was provided at this time.
