Two dead after single-car crash on Highway 8, North Dakota

Two people died after a single-car crash on Highway 8, near New Town in North Dakota on Tuesday.

A 2006 GMC Envoy was operated by a 31-year-old woman from Mandan. The vehicle left the road, which led the vehicle to roll three to four times.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 39-year-old Minot man succumbed to his injuries in Trinity Hospital.

Another passenger, a 23-year-old man, was injured in the crash.

All three occupants were not using their seatbelts.

North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.

The identities of the involved are yet to be released.
