Two dead, several injured in car crash in Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls police are investigating an overnight crash that resulted in the killing of two people in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Two vehicles struck just before midnight at East Arrowhead Parkway and Highline Avenue, by Dawley Farm Village.  

According to officials, the two people who died were in the same vehicle.  

Multiple passengers from both vehicles were admitted to the hospital with severe injuries. Investigators say speed might be a factor in the crash.  

The area was shut traffic well into the morning as officials worked the scene.
