Two people were killed and the other two were injured following a car crash in West Pullman, Chicago, Illinois.
The crash took place when a 22-year-old man was driving a Volkswagen SUV eastbound on 124th Street at about approximately 1:39 p.m. when he blew through a stop sign, striking into a Hyundai SUV.
Police say the Volkswagen flipped over from the force of the impact and crashed into a tree.
A 17-year-old and a 22-year-old were pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger in the Volkswagen was admitted to an area hospital. The situation of this patient is currently stable.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 59-year-old woman hospitalized too. Her condition is stable.
The crash is under investigation.
